Science Museum Trip

Thank you to all of the parents who have volunteered to help out on the trip to the Science Museum.  Unfortunately there are only 6 helpers per class needed.  Parents have now been notified if they are coming or not.  Parents who miss out on this trip will be first in line for the up-coming trips.

The children will need a day pack to carry a water bottle and their snack.  We will be back at  in time for lunch.

School Uniform

This school year the new sports uniform is expected to be worn by Beacon Hill School Students.
Significant parts of the uniform which are a bit confused are;

• White running shoes for PE Uniform.  A little colour for a symbol is ok.
• Black school shoes.  Many of our kids are wearing black running shoes but these are not suitable, they must be black school shoes.
• School Bag - This was a new piece of information to me too!  The BHS school bag is a required component of the school uniform.

Please keep these points in mind when you are buying new shoes and bags.

Parent Information Evening anfd PTA BBQ

Tuesday night is the parent information evening.
You are invited to share some wine and cheese at a pre-gathering in the staff room from 5pm.
The main part of the evening for Year 4 will begin at 6:45 in the hall, where Mr Brewster and the administration of Beacon Hill will welcome you and share some school information.
From the hall, 7pm, you will move on to your child's Year 4 classroom, where the teacher will share information about the year.












Friday is the PTA BBQ at the Kowloon Cricket Club.  Places are limited so please get your orders in for tickets as soon as possible.
